Amber's Baby Shower

Chris's cousin Amber is having a baby girl in October. She lives in Arizona so while she was here we gave her a surprise shower. She is so cute and we are very excited for her and know she will be the best mom. Congrats Amber we love you very much!!

4TH OF JULY

This forth of July season was not very nice to the Nelson family, my mother-in-law received the swine flu then got the gift of strep then I received the same gift of strep a few day later. Chris got to enjoy some kind sickness for a whole week. Besides the sickness we found a way to enjoy our self!! Lisa and her kids at the Jonas Brothers.

Dax got sick on the 4th, but we made it thru the concert, he was a tropper!!

Gardener Village

Dax loved seeing all the animals. I think it maybe the closest he gets to having one.

Grandma Julie decided to take Dax to Gardner Village. He had a great time. He got to pet animals and ride on a horse. Dax actually had to ride on ALL the horses so he got to ride 4 times.

First head injury!

We had quite the trip to the ranch. Mom burnt her arm with bacon grease, Dad got stuck at the side of the rode with a broken down car and Dax fell and cracked his head open on the rock fireplace. He was such a big boy. He had to have 4 staples in his head, we were in Wayne County so they looked like he put them in his self but at least he is better.
Looks pretty sick, he was a great sport.

Trip to the ranch

Tom in getting deployed today, so last weekend he came to visit at the ranch so we left Sat night to go see him. We had a great time. Grandpa decided to take us on a Jeep ride it was just lke old times and our kids got to enjoy it also. The kids just love Tom and they had such a great time. We wish Tom the best as he is gone and pray for him to be safe.

Finally got the hoop!

Dax has been asking for months for his dad to buy him a BIG hoop. Eveytime Dax passed a hoop at the neighbors house he said he wanted one, so we finally gave in. He thinks it is the best thing ever. As you can see we have to help him a little.

Easter Sunday

We Went up to Grandma's for Easter Dinner. All the kids stayed in their easter outfits so we could get pictures. If I say so my self Dax looks so cute! I am a sucker for Children's place.

Grandma had a easter egg hunt for the kids. I think Brady and Annie got the most eggs but Marki and Dax had the most fun.
